Cannot join 4 player co-op

Whenever we have 3 players it works, but the fourth no matter who it is from the 4 of us cannot join. What is this bug?

Cannot play this game online

Me and my friends can't even complete the 1-1 tutorial level online since the platforms only works for 1 player that is the host. The rest is unable to see the platform move and use it. Any ideas?

Achievements

Great to see that devs released new achievements and re-did some of the previous ones but are they working right now? for example I did clams casino duck hunt, even tho I already had all 3 ducks yet after getting them again and finishing the course I still can't get the achievement, anyone has the same problem?...
